Ancient Alexandria between Egypt and Greece

On October 11-12, 2002, there was a conference at the Center for the Ancient Mediterranean at Columbia University, entitled Alexandria between Egypt and Greece. A collection of articles from this conference was published last year as Ancient Alexandria Between Egypt and Greece, Edited by W.V. Harris and Giovanni Rufini (Columbia Studies in the Classical Tradition Vol. Xxvi, Leiden; Brill, 2004).I have not seen the whole volume, but have received a copy of the list of contents, and one of the articles.
