His own presentation of the article runs thus: "an early summary and evaluation of the great Jewish intellectual, who is acutely relevant for both Biblical and Patristic studies. My evaluation (second half) is inaccurate, immature, and far-too-harsh to be taken seriously; yet the summary (first half) is still a worthwhile foray into Philo studies [2000]."

You may read for yourself to see if you agree. :-) At least the guy is honest.
