Alexander the Alabarch

In 1995, at the Philo of Alexandria Seminar in the Nov. 1995 annual meeting of Society of Biblical Literature Kathrine Evans presented a paper on Alexander the Alabarch, the brother of Philo: Alexander the Alabarch: Roman and Jew. Now it turns out that she has also set up a webpage on Alexander, and works on this figure in a more fictional way.
