The Jewish History Resource Center at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem has a resource page with link references to the Second Temple and Talmudic era.
It looks well organized, but not all links are updated; I, e.g., checked the links related to Philo, and the links to Studia Philonica Annual is not updated to its north american address. Otherwise, such pages focusing period of times more than topics, are always interesting.
